Aaron Brown, Chairman of the Board
Aaron Brown is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Pacific Education Foundation. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in the health services and/or insurance services sectors.
He is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heald College and Member of Finance & Audit and Nominating & Compensation Committees ($110 million per year revenue company).
He is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Center of Marin. Former Member of the California Small Business Association Roundtable. Past President of the Novato Unified Board of Education. Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree from the University of Southern California.

Richard Rodriguez, Trustee
Richard Rodriguez has served on the PEF board since 2011. Richard is the president of Technology Channel Management Group, Inc. (TCMG) and works with investors, entrepreneurs and boards to evaluate, develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, financial and operational strategies.
An accomplished senior executive, he has over 30 years of diverse senior management and board experience within venture-backed startups, family businesses and mid-sized public companies.
